After the renovation on April 29, 1949, the non-stop cinema was opened. At the same time by the former operator of the cinema-buffets Salzburg's established first Bosna grill. Because it was the origin-Bosna, the owner named his snack-grill on the Hanuschplatz:

In 1974 he changed his position in the Judengasse while the owner of the cinema led on the grill.

The founder of the Bosna operation gave us in 1976. In 1977, the mall Interspar in Salzburg Taxham built and so we moved to this location. From 1979, we conducted Bosna first in Austria and abroad, in consequence, a both itself and with partners.

With the closure of Artis-cinema in late 1994, only the original Bosna Grill was closed on Hanuschplatz.
